The Media Rotana was a wonderful hotel with great service/hospitality; clean, well appointed rooms; excellent restaurants and amenities; a tremendous breakfast buffet; and more. I really could not have asked for more and would definitely stay there again should I be back in Dubai. While I cannot remember her name, I also want to call out the waitress in the non-smoking section of Nelson's pub for her truly exceptional service and kindness. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Dubai.

I came here to attand a training. The hotel provided me a special discount on this basis. All the facilities were up to the mark. The room cleaning was available on as and when required basis. I did not use pool or any other services. However, I had the breakfast and luch in the Hotel, qhich was very good. Overall, it was a good experience.

I'm very glad that I stayed in this hotel while in Dubai. The total experience excels against all the hotels I've been to. Staff are pleasing, the facility is amazing, the ambience is somehow relaxing since I stepped inside.... great to be here and will love to be back soon....

Stayed at this hotel, what great service from reception to cleaning all no1 When checking in there was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, I spoke to a lady called Imo, who dealt with it very quickly and even upgraded my room. Great service, I drove to the hotel and Kerim parked my van even though the car park was full. Great hotel great team

An Incredible Stay at Media Rotana! I recently stayed at the Media Rotana hotel, and my experience left the most enthusiastic impressions. The exceptional service was felt in literally every interaction with the staff – the attentive and responsive employees were always ready to assist with any request.

Ioved everything about this hotel, from the lobby to undil my last floor room everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was impressed by the efficient check in by Mr. Rahul, he was very Helpful and always available. Thanks Team

Everything at a very high level, the rooms are cleaned every day, the service is very nice and helpful. The food is very diverse, everyone can choose something for themselves.
