The most amazing sweetest staff worked there. Unfortunately I got food poisoning (not from the hotel) and they took such good care of me. On my last night they treated me to a basket full of fruits and a plate of little snacks and desserts with a card wishing me to feel better soon. I can’t explain how happy that made me. The rooms needed renovation and more lighting in my opinion.

cleaning of the room was not done properly, the floors were not washed daily, the dust was not wiped.sometimes they forgot to leave towels, so need to telephone and ask them to bring

"Excellent service from check-in to check-out"
The lady who made our check-in was with a great smile and was very accommodating. She ensured we will have a great room and was attentive to our needs. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive from start to finish, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can come back again in the near future.

Good Good: Friendly staff and accommodating for my needs. Room was great had everything I needed for my stay. Felt like a full on one bedroom apartment with all the facilities (washing machine and kitchen) in the room. Much appreciated to Fayiz who gave me a sincere welcome at reception. Truly genuine staff member and deserves the credit
Bad: My room was right next to someone else’s room, could hear everything with the thin walls. Sometimes bothered me with the noise. There is nothing exciting happening in the hotel itself like restaurants or lounge. But at least the location of the hotel is around a lot of other stuff to do outside. So that accommodates for the hotel’s lack of entertainment facilities

Bad: The hotel is dry, we were not aware of this prior to the visit The hotel is still under construction so 2 of the lifts were not working so was a long wait for the lifts The jacuzzi was just pool temperature, so not ideal to recover from a long race
